The questions we hear most before a tour.
Is the tour price per person or per car?
Per car. IDR 700,000 for the Ubud tour and IDR 900,000 for the East, West and South tours cover a regular car, a driver and fuel for the full day, for your group of up to six.
How many people fit in the car?
A regular car takes up to six guests. For bigger groups we can arrange a minibus or two cars, quoted separately on WhatsApp.
Do we follow a fixed itinerary?
No. Each region has a list of places. You choose the ones you want and we plan the order together, so you are not rushed through a set schedule.
How many places can we visit in a day?
Most guests fit four to six places into a tour day. Waterfalls and big viewpoints take longer than markets or art villages.
What is not included in the car price?
Entrance tickets, activities such as the swing or water sports, and meals are paid at each place. We can share the current amounts before you go.
How do I book?
Use the planner to choose your stops and send them to us on WhatsApp with your date and pick-up area. We reply to confirm the details.
Where do you pick us up?
Ubud and the areas around it. Tell us your hotel or villa and we will confirm the pick-up time for your chosen tour.
How long is each tour?
The Ubud tour is eight hours. The East, West and South Bali tours are ten hours.
Can you arrange activities as well as a tour?
Yes. Sunrise trekking, jeep tours, ATV, rafting, a cooking class, a silver class, snorkelling and fast boat tickets to Gili and Nusa Penida can all be arranged. See the activities page.
What should we wear?
Light, comfortable clothes and shoes you can walk in. Temples need shoulders and knees covered, and sarongs are usually lent at the gate.
What does a fast boat ticket cost?
IDR 250,000 per person one way to Nusa Penida and IDR 500,000 per person one way to the Gili Islands.
Do you quote in US dollars?
Prices are set in Indonesian rupiah. The dollar figures on this site are approximate and move with the exchange rate.
